The Cascade Creek Project (Exhibit A - Project Description) would incorporate an intake siphon and operate with lake level fluctuation maintained within pre-development limits. A small outlet control structure will facilitate this objective. An estimated 205 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of electricity would be generated each year.

The Project features would consist of a submerged lake intake, underground siphon/valve house, power tunnel conduit, buried penstock, powerhouse, tailrace, substation, marine access, housing buildings, and a submarine and overhead transmission line connecting the project to the Scow Bay Substation near Petersburg.
